LE01

Hello Everyone,
I would like to share my learning from the first class of Principles of Organisation & Management held in NITIE, Mumbai . The class was taken by Prof. T Prasad Sir . From the start of the class, he was actually emphasizing on entrepreneurship development in the youth of our country. He has a clear rationale for this topic, I was also able to synchronize my thinking according to him . Since there are many expectations from the youth, for the brighter future of the country , the youth should not waste its precious time which is left after studying.
In the age group of 18-26, a student is full of energy to throw some of his ideas for any creative project. He/She can implement the science, mathematics, geography, economics , engineering or any other studied subject to make any idea into realistic project which can buy him/her some financial support, recognition, opportunities and last but not the least an exposure with a realistic work culture .
Professor showed us some toys which teaches basic mathematics and physics practically . Children would get to understand the basic concepts of mathematics and physics by playing with these toys . Those toys were designed by some Engineering and MBA students, and they have earned a lot of money too. So these kinds of creative thinking is necessary in students to earn. Even a cheaper toy can be sold for higher price, because this toy is making a child learn the concepts easily, their parents do not have any problem shelling out some extra money for the sake of their child .

The class went on with different activities, games and discussions .
The mantra for this campaign he is using is "Aaj ki roti , aaj hi kamana" and "Socho- becho, becho-seekho, seekho-socho" .  My inference is that, we should not be wholly dependent on someone else for our expenses, we should  do something to take care of our self.
Thank You.
